ICSE
Hello,
Yes, you can take the science stream (Physics + Maths) in Class 11 at Riverside Public School in Kothagiri, even if you completed your 10th in commerce (without maths) from the ICSE board. It is normal many schools do allow this and it is completely normal.
Hope this helps you,
Thank you
If you have written the wrong index number in the ICSE 10th board exam, it could lead to complications. However, whether it results in failure depends on various factors, including board policies and how quickly you rectify the mistake. Contact the exam authorities or your school immediately for guidance on next steps.
Dear aspirant !!
Hope you are doing good ! No there is no as such rule for the admission in class 11th in icse ,the rules are same for most of the boards excluding a few . You need to pass your class 10th from a recognised board and then you can enter the class 11th in icse board .
Hope it helps you !!
Thanking you !!
Hello Sir/Madam,
What you seem to be doing is not wrong, I won't condemn it because this worked out for me. I wasn't so sure what I should take after my 10th Board exams. I was just good enough to take science, had no interest in Arts at that time and Commerce was never an option. So, I took Science because I knew that would keep my options open and I could lane if I wasn't comfortable. This is not so in the Arts stream because once you have opted for Arts, there's no turning back.
Later, after my 12th I realised I was interested in English and pursued my career in English hons (both BA and MA). I would say you are doing the right thing but not all the way. Talk to your daughter first, ask her what's the real deal and you probably would realise that she hates Science. Don't push her, because there is a fat chance that later, she might despise you for forcing her into taking Science. I know a lot of my friends who hate their parents because they forced them to take Science.
Talk to your daughter and come to a decision together, because at the end of the day, she has to study her chosen subject, not you.
Hope this helps
Hii There,
Dear student, please record the scores of your best five subjects, as the sixth subject was an additional one and not among the compulsory subjects. Your total marks should be listed as 500, considering only the top five scored subjects for calculating your percentage.
I hope this answers your question.
Thanks
You should write marks out of 500. Calculate your marks on the basis of best 5 subjects, but marks of english should be compulsorily included.
Dear aspirant !
Hope you are doing good !
However you will not get any difficulty during result time but avoid such mistakes they can be a bigger problem for you anytime in the future . When they will create problem it will be unexpected. So try to avoid such mistakes in the future .
