You have stated that you have not received any email or message in your registered mobile number then we have to click on the official website of ICSI further proceedings. The official website of ICSI is : www.icsi.in/student/home/aspx  then you have to go to the student enjoyment site, put your roll number and exam date and search for it. Definitely you will get your registration status whether  it has been done or not.

That is your call how well you can manage your studies with your regular college. Doing distance learning would be more preferred and less hectic for you. Doing your masters from correspondence while pursuing your professional degree will help you give better results with less focus on things like attendance, college work etc. You would be able to give all your attention to your professional  degree while you'll still get to give exams if you continue it with correspondence college. Many people nowadays are doing it. Some of good colleges you might consider doing your distance learning for your master are SOL DU  and IGNOU.
