IIM
Dear Kamendra,
Hope you are doing great,
I don't believe there is such a thing as an underrated IIM.
All IIMs have excellent faculty, strong leadership and a board of governors to guide them, and students who are likely to be among the brightest in the company.
The only difference is that some IIMs were established much earlier and have as alumni some of the Indian industry's experts. As a result, it is natural for students to prefer these colleges. However, there was a time when these older IIMs would have been in the same position as the so-called newer or underrated IIMs are today. So, in 10–15 years, some of the alumnus from the newer IIMs may make it big and the scene may change. In the end, the colleges provided you with an education.
I hope this will help you,
Best of Luck :)
Hello, I hope you are doing well
IIMs give you a stage to build yourself, explore yourself and provides you tons of opportunities. It isn't about the placements. Yes, some people get a package of around 20 LPA but that's just CTC not the in hand salary, and even if you get above 20 LPA that's not the whole point about studying in IIM.
IIM is all about helping you build a career out of anything you want to pursue because once you are out of IIM, you will feel that confidence and subtle change in your personality.
Hope this helps.
Dear Aspirant, UG score does not provide any impact in the placement of MBA. Few companies come with the criteria but most of the companies focus on MBA marks . I hope you are clear now. Feel free to ask if you have any other doubts. All The Best for your upcoming future.

Hello Aspirant,
In IIM(Indian Institute of Management) academic diversity means that IIM do not want students of same background(All engineers) rather they wants students of Diverse academic background that means they want few students of Engineering background few of management , medical , commerce etc , so that their batches remains diverse and not monotonic.
They also give a little bit higher preference to student of non-engineering background as there are so many engineers applying and clearing for CAT exams.

Hello,
The determining factors in IIM summer placements could be:
1. Overall Profile : This includes your academics (class X, XII & Graduation Score), quality of work experience (including internships), brand name (college & company), PORs (Position of Responsibility), Co-curricular and Extra-curricular activities.
2. CV Prep and CV related Questions : Another important factor is CV Preparation. How well do you prepare your CV? and How well do you know each and every point on your CV?
3. Communication Skills : Most underrated skill during the placements but play a really important role. Interviews are all about marketing yourself.
These are some of the few points.
I hope this helps you.
Thank You!
HELLO STUDENT,
MBA aspirants must know what constitutes the annual program fee of IIMs so that he/they can make financial arrangements, if required, accordingly. The IIM course fee includes boarding and lodging as well as other expenses for services and utilities. Some IIMs allow candidates to take up private residence outside the campus after the first year of the program. The course fee is to be paid semester-wise. IIM fee includes the following expenses:
IIM fees depend on the campus and many other factors
Mainly the fees is around 13 lakhs in IIM AMRITSAR to 23 lakhs in IIM Ahmedabad.
Hello there
All the money in IIM gets covered in scholarships. And also much more of the expenses you can cover from the internships you would be getting during the first year itself.
If I talk about a very strict budget then you can survive in less than 4K per month. Even if you are getting everything more expensive and if you are not able to handle it then you can take loan without worry as you can pay them easily because your placements will be very good, it's just from my own point of view.
I hope it helps you!
Thank you!
