IIM
Hi,
Yes, it is totally okay to apply for both FPM and PGP in an IIM but only if you are eligible for both of them. This wouldn't cause any problem in future but you should be ready with some explanation of why you chose to apply to both of them. Though there is a very low chance of anyone asking you about it as the interviews for both the programs are different.
I hope this helps,
All the best.

Hello,
Coursera or any other MOOCs courses for that can enhance your knowledge base, for example when you choose to pursue MBA, you have already acquired relevant information, and in a way you're well informed about various aspects, for example if you intend to do major in marketing, you explore various courses pertaining this which will further help you during your post graduate study, now how this will help you during interview, it's just a miniscule part that the members will get to know what all the things you have done, prior to deciding upon your MBA program, and the efforts are worthy, it's just as simple as that, as adding courses aren't just the merely criteria of your selections as you must be aware of the fact that there are number of things taken into consideration for selection such as your overall profile, academic records, experiences if any, and various other important things.
hey there,
Distance online MBA education HAS BECOME QUITE POPULAR according to the recent trends and events.

Digital Marketing etc
Hope this helps.
in IIMa less number from a large group are sleected as compared to harvard , but it is definately tougher to get into harvard as there are other paramteres too. one needs to have good track records , some prior work experience too (of two years for MBA) , good gmat score too , and other things , so here you are not judged ona single parameter but a lot more. Also at harvard brilliant students from all over the world apply to get a seat , so there is much competition in this way.
all the best.

Hii
Also known as the IIM eligibility cut off for IIM shortlist cut off, these are the minimum marks a candidate must score, so he/ she will be eligible for an interview call from IIMs ( WAT/ GD-PI round ).
Meeting the qualifying cutoff does not mean that the candidate will be selected for the WAT/ GD-PI round.
The qualifying CAT cutoff is fixed before the CAT result announcement.
Qualifying CAT cut off Percentile is announced by each campus in the announcement of the admission criteria and selection process for that academic year.
The CAT cutoff for IIM is typically up to 99 to 100 percentile for General category students. For the reserved category students who appeared in CAT , the cutoff of CAT 2021 is slightly lower at 97 to 98 percentile.
Best of luck.
Dear Aspirant,
There are many aspects in the selection process of IIM apart from CAT score. The other aspects are academics background, extra curricular activities, GDPI, and overall personality and portfolio consist of 30-40% of weightage.
The cutoff at which you can expect a call from IIM are given below:
Hope the above information helps and below are some relevant articles that can help you.

All the best!! :)
It is impossible to predict CAT score because sometimes 90 percentile candidate get admission at IIM and sometimes it gets low as 60 percentile.there is drastic change in percentile.
CAT takes admission considering following factors 10 and 12 percentage, graduation and work experience.
You should score high as you can and prepare for interview as well.remember only deserving candidates can get into IIM'S.
ALL THE BEST!!
