hey there,
IIMS have been constantly ranked as a premier management schools in India. The colleges have been seen as INDIA'S IYVY LEAGUE .The programs have been painted in a way that students have crystal clear understanding of the concepts rather than book learning.
the ctc depends upon which iim you are joining . although all the iims offers a handsome salary but the OG IIMs i.e. IIM A,B,C might provide more than the newbie IIMS. In the older IIMs you MAY get a CTC of 20 lacs pa , and around 15 lacs pa in the newer IIMs.
according to 2019's report ,The average CTC offer for MBA HR stood at Rs 14.68 lakh per annum
thank you
Hey student,
Student the salary of an MBA of IIM can vary from 6 lacs to 50 lacs depending upon the experience and the marks of the candidates sitting in the examination it is totally dependent on the experience and the marks you score .
All the best,
Hope this helps you
Hi there,
The placement in IIM's are always decent. The position of the graduates depends on the fields they want to join. There are various job roles and streams on which a student can apply for. Directly becoming a VP/ AVP is not possible since for that the graduates must have those skills. Being from a management institute, the roles are majorly on the management sector, those are dependent upon the interest of the candidate and the number of offers placed for the recruitment.
Generally, in E-commerce companies such as Flipkart, Amazon the roles are Category manager, Assistant product manager, Vendor manager etc whereas in Consulting companies, the graduates mostly joined as Junior/ senior associate or analysts.
Hope this will you !
Still in case of any doubt, kindly revert here,
Thank you:)
Hey aspirant
The Deferred Placement Policy allows students to forego the opportunity to sit for placements at the time of graduation and instead attend placements 1/2 year later, with a junior batch.
The policy encourages institutes to encourage their students to pursue entrepreneurial ventures by providing a safety net in the event that their startup fails.
Some of India's top business schools, including IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, and IIM Bangalore, have such a policy.
I hope this was helpful!

Hello there,
One major difference is that any graduate can apply for IIM where as Civil Engineer or Construction related people apply for NICMAR.
IIM offers better placement opportunities than NICMAR. Top companies like Adidas, Accenture, Abbott etc have tie ups with IIMs.
For the year 2019-20, average salary offered to NICMAR students was 6.75 Lpa whereas for IIMs it was 22-25 Lpa. There is a very significant difference in placement opportunities offered.
Choose wisely and after considering all the factors. These are one of the most crucial decisions of life. Think before stepping into anything. All the best for your future.
