I failed in additional subject (physics) in class 12 but overall passed in class 12. so if I can crack CAT exam, then I get admission in IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta and rest of the IIMs? I am a 2nd year graduation student. Is there any chance to get admission in that IIMs though I have that result?

No, I dont believe it will be an issue since you have an Overall Pass Certificate and a Respective Percetage. However,assuming you are from General Category having an average Academic record you should Work hard for CAT and target securing above 99-100 and above to have fair chances for IIMs

Hello Kajal,

Unfortunately on such percentile in CAT 2020 you cannot get any of the IIMs even you cannot get any B-School because the B-Schools which take admission through CAT score they at least requires 50-60 percentile or above and if you want to go for IIMs then your CAT

The basic eligibility criteria to apply for MBA agribusiness in IIMs across India states that the candidate must have completed Bachelor's or master's degree in agriculture or related subject discipline with atleast 50% marks from a recognised university. For reserved categories, the marks should be at least 45%.

Hello Aspirant,

With the academic record which you have mentioned in the question you should have at least 99 or more percentile in CAT along with more than 8.5 CGPA in your graduation for top IIMs like IIM A/B/C/L/K and so on.
