You can't get seat in IIT at 70 marks.

You should have minimum 100 to 110 marks then you get seat in IIT. . In lower IIT.

Hope you are doing great there . I am sorry to say this but chances are a bit low for admission in IIT with 86 marks . I would suggest you to wait for the counselling process to happen and participate actively in that .
