JEE Advanced do have sectional cutoffs. For this year, it hasn't been announced yet. It will be announced on the day of declaration of results. Last year , for General Category students, students need to get atleast 5% marks in per subject ie. Minimum 6 marks in each subject. This is sectional cutoff. In order to be included in Rank list, student need to score above than both sectional and overall cutoff.
