Nope, JEE Mains is just the eligibility test for JEE Advanced. On bases of JEE Mains cutoff mark it would be considered as you are eligibility to sit in JEE Advanced exam.
For Admission to IITs, only JEE Advanced marks will be considered. Even you secure 100 percentile then
If you're in final year of graduation, and it would get completed by September 2023(this is as per the prescribed date for IIT JAM 2022) then you're eligible to apply for IIT JAM 2023 provided you secure 55% aggregate for UR/OBC, in case of reserved categories there is relaxation
