You will have to clear your JEEMains / JEE Advanced.
In my opinion best for you will be to take Lateral entry in BTech after your diploma because this will save one valuable year too as you would go to the second year of BTech directly.

According to IIT-JAM eligibility criteria, General/OBC students are required to score at least 5.5/10 or 55% aggregate in their graduation.
If your marks are less than 60% but more than 55% you can definitely fill in for the IIT JAM, but some colleges have a criteria of minimum 60%

This score is good and since you get a score of 30+ then you are eligible for IISc, CPDM etc. To get a seat in IIT you need to get 40+ marks. So you would definitely get a seat in any of good IIT's.
