The official cut off for JEE mains 2020 is yet to be announced but you will have decent chances to qualify JEE mains 2020 if you score 85 or above percentile.You must score in between 58-67 marks in JEE mains to get 85 percentile.

see its not matter that you are a non iit students, what is matter is your gate score and the branch of engineering which you want to apply. however this year it is expected that cutoff will get increase from previous years, so in 52 score there is less

With your score and category it is very difficult to get into any IITS although you have little bit chances of getting some low ranked NITs that too very less chances.
I suggest you to work harder fir the next attempt.

For the year 2020 through iit jam iit kharagpur provides the biomedical sciences course which is of integrated nature -
The courses offered in biomedical sciences are-
1)Medical Physics
2) Nuclear Medicine
3) Molecular Medical Microbiology
All these courses are Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D.
