By appearing the NTA exam you can't get admission in IITs. For them you need to further give a exam jee advanced.  Jee mains score can only help you with admission in NITs and IIITs and CFTIs.

Hey Akhilesh,

The basic eligibility for masters in statistics through IIT JAM is that candidate must have studied mathematics or statistics for at least two years ( four semesters ) . And you have studied maths for 3 semesters only. So you are not eligible for it.
