There are two IIT which offers BArch courses i.e. Kgp and roorke. They don't take admission on the basis of jee mains paper2 marks but conduct their own exam AAT for that.
Through JEE mains paper2 you can take admission in NITs and SPAs which are funded centrally. For that you should have your general category rank in under 1500 for NITs and under 3000 for SPAs.
