With 75 percentile it is difficult for you to get any NIT Or IIT. Because 94 percentile is important to get NIT. But you should try your next state level examinations. Also you can apply for those institutions who can accept this percentile of jee mains.

Sorry to tell you dear but you cannot get admission directly in the 2nd year of Engineering in NITs or IITs even after completing your DME i.e Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
