Jadavpur university, Delhi Technical university, NIT bhopal, IIT kharagpur, College of engineering pune, NIT Patna, surat, rouerkela, silchar and hamirpur among good college.

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission cutoff. This score seems enough to qualify the exam as OBC category but chances seems less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs Etc. You can go for state level counselling. I would also suggest you

see just securing 100 marks out of 300, you will not get any tier 1 colleges, let along iits, nits and tier 1 government colleges, so it would be better if you again appear in jee main april session exam for better ment of your course.
