Hello,

CAT is an aptitude exam. CAT is based on elementary-level mathematics and also has permutation and combination topics.
Even if you don't have mathematics in your 11-12th or graduation you still are eligible for the CAT.

To pursue Bachelors of education from university of Delhi or IP university, a minimum of 50% is required in graduation or post graduation.

So i suggest you to do B.ed from open like from IGNOU or MDU.

Some colleges also allow 45% students
