You can change it to the entrance test option instead of merit based admission but only if you have not submitted it finally after payment.
If there is still an option available for Modifying your application then you can still change it, otherwise you have to go for merit

If you want to get an admission in Delhi University through ECA Quota, you must be prepared for them by the last week of June. This is the tentative date, the final dates would be declared on Delhi University's website.

Well Indian Navy has its own requirements to take admission. It takes written test then shortlists the students for camp where physical test and interview happens after which only admission is given to the selected students.
