Yes, Savitribai Phule Pune University (Pune University) offers UG course of Biotechnology that is B.Sc. Biotechnology by Ferguson College.
It is a 3 year program needs eligibility that a student must have passed 10+2 examination, you can apply online. Admission is based on Merit of 12th (marks obtained).

We congratulate your interest in biotechnology in Savitribai Phule University, Pune.
Sorry to say that, hopefully there is no such course for Under graduation in bio-technology here, whereas the same course is available to purse in M.sc, M.Phil and P.hd. So, dont worry you have lots and lots of choices out there and many colleges are available where you can get admission in biotechnology.
