Hi Krishna,

You can apply for the SB stream in KVPY 2019. Alongside, you must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the 10+2 examination.

However, you need to take admission in UG course for claiming the scholarship.

As per IBPS educational qualification, it 60% in graduation for general category. If you get 59.99, it will treated as less than 60%. So that's the main criteria.
The percent marks will be calculated by dividing the total marks that the student has obtained in all the semesters
