As you must be knowing IISER are in 6 places in India. And it is mainly for PHD and BS-MS dual degree course. Therefore, M Sc in Physics doesn't happen in all the six centres.
Only in Kolkata, there is M Sc in Space Physics. Eligibility- BE/BTech Graduates.

I think just by doing 10th and 12th you can't get the domicile of any other state because every state has certain criteria. Just for example for Karnataka State if your parents live there 6 years you can get domicile and can say you belong to Karnataka. But
