Hi Navjodh, there is no need to panic if you haven't done well in graduation but from now onwards you need to be more cautious for the upcoming choices and coming back to your question there is no minimum marks(graduation) criteria you just have to go through the admission notification
Yes you'll be eligible for AIIMS if your aggregate in PCB is more than 60%. Also I don't see any reason for you not being eligible for NEET, you're eligible for NEET as well. As long as you meet the requirements for these entrances, you're eligible to write these exams.
