Yes off-course , this year IP University is allowing JEE(Joint Entrance Exam) marks for admission in UG courses. For this year's cutoff you can check previous year's cutoff ranks and can convert percentile into rank by 1st subtracting percentile from 100 and then multiplying the result with total no. of students appeared to know your rank.
