In computer based test you have to solve questions on computer in online mode.

As soon as you enter in the exam hall i.e. computer lab ,examinars will give you instructions regarding does and don't s based on API design for the examination many times it includes guidelines

AP ICET has no age limit. So,  you can apply after you have finished your graduation in your chosen field of study. They only require you to finish the 3 year bachelors program in college and then you can apply. Your year of passing is not an issue. 

If you are referring to Apeejay Institute Of Technology School Of Architecture & Planning, then yes it is true that the last date was March 15,2019.

I am not quite sure if they are accepting admission throught paper 2, it is for the best if you directly contact their admin
