Yes you are eligible to pursue courses like PG in IPR only if your aggregate percentage of undergraduate degree is greater than or equal to 50%. Also, the university under which your undergrad college is affiliated, should be recognised by the college you are targeting to go for pursuing your Post graduation in IPR. Lastly the selection Criteria might vary slightly based on the college's you are aspiring to join, however basic criterias correspond to the ones mentioned above.
