Yes you are eligible to pursue courses like PG in IPR only if your aggregate percentage of undergraduate degree is greater than or equal to 50%. Also, the university under which your undergrad college is affiliated, should be recognised by the college you are targeting to go for pursuing your Post graduation in IPR.
