UG course are basically undergraduate courses like BE or B.Tech o Bcom and so on these give you a bachelors degree.
PG courses are called as post graduate courses (after graduation) generally Mtech or MSc or Mcom or MBA and so on (Masters degree)
You need to complete UG course

Hello Kuldeep.
You can switch the branch after a year. There's an option called "Change of branch" wherein you'll have to meet the prescribed criteria of GPAs and apply for the same. It'd vary from college to college. Do check the notice boards and consult your HOD about it.
