In Graduation
Hi,
Your percentile in both CMAT and MAT is good. Many colleges give a call at this percentile.
From MAT exam you can fill the following exams:
1- BIMM(HRD) ,Pune
2-BIMM, Pune
3- CHRIST,Bangalore
4- XIME, Bangalore
Through CMAT:
1-XISS, RANCHI
2- WELINGKAR, MUMBAI
3-IMT,NAGPUR
You can select any of these colleges according to the amount of investment you are willing to do and the location you need.
The best with this percentile your order of preference should be XISS, WELINGKAR,BIMM(HRD). These colleges will give a good ROI. Your focus should be on XISS as it is the oldest college and has HRM as a flagship program. Looking at the current placements scenario it is a good option with the percentile you have scored
All the best.
Hello aspirant. You didn't not mention which Category you belong to. Most of the colleges with or without entrance exams require a minimum aggregate of 50 percent for oc category and 45 percent for other categories.
A good mba college is really difficult. But give your best in cat exam and you might be able to get it.
All the best
Regards
Nikhitha
Hi aspirant,
In previous years, MCI Eligibility Certificate was generally issued within 2–3 months and was being sent by Medical Council of India on the student’s registered email id which was filled in the MCI Eligibility Application Form. So you habe to wait after apllying for certificate. Though if you have lost it, MCI would have provided you with a file number / application tracking number. You can contact MCI and give this reference number and request them to re-send the Eligibility Certificate to your email id..
Hope this helps.

There was a rumour that UPSC will remove all the Optional subjects and make subjects like Law, Economy, etc as mandatory subjects. Now that is still a speculation. Unless you hear it officially, you cannot believe anything that you read or hear. And technically scrapping off optional subjects doesn't fit inthe eligibility criteria because in such case not all Graduates will be eligible for UPSC. Because the eligibility criteria says that a Graduate in any discipline is eligible for UPSC. Scrapping off the optional subjects means crores of aspirants will become ineligible. That is not a possibility. So please do not believe any speculative news but always wait for official confirmation.
To be honest, your 10th and 12th marks may not favour you. But your Graduation aggregate is really fantastic. When the IIMs shortlist candidates for WAT, they consider factors like your Academic profile, your CAT score, diversity factor, etc.
Few IIMs also consider Work experience. Now 71% in 10th and 61% in 12th, you will not gain much points on the rating scale. With 95% in Graduation, you might get 8-9 points. But with your 10th and 12th marks, you may get 4-5 points on the rating scale. And considering these 3 scores, your points might be between 12-14. Which means when IIMs shortlist Candidates for the next round based on your Category and all these factors, you might lag a little. But if you score 95 percentile in CAT, you may have it to your advantage.
If you don't have any work experience before, you can join a job, your work experience will show up and it will add few more points to your profile. Inspite of all this if you get a call from an of the IIMs with this current profile, nothing better than that.
