To be eligible to apply for MAT 2020 exam the minimum eligiblity is
Graduates in any discipline. Final year students of Graduate Courses can also apply.
There are no minimum percentage requirements to apply for the MAT exam. You should have passed the graduation to apply for this exam.

see you can do post graduate diploma in computer application or you can do mca. see most of the colleges does not demand mathematics in 10+2 course for mca admission. if you have studies mathematics or statistics in graduation then It is enough.

Information about the exam:
There are three exams each of 2 hours.
All the three exams are conducted on the same day.
You have to prepare three subjects i.e. English, General Knowledge and Mathematics.
There are 120 questions of English, 120 questions of G.K. and 100 questions of Mathematics.
If your service choice is OTA then you don’t have to give the Mathematics exams.

English is the most scoring subject. Avoid all the error finding questions because they are biggest contributor to negative marking.
English exam is easy in comparison to GK and Mathematics.
For IMA you need around 120 marks.

In terms of eligibility criteria for MA Economics at JNU, it's having passed Bachelor's Degree is any discipline with 50% aggregate, in addition to have Mathematics at 10+2.

To apply for ips, you have to have a distant vision of 6/2 or 6/ 9 for worse eye and 6/6 or 6/9 vision for good eye. Near vision of J2 for worse eye and J1 for good eye. So i don't think you can apply for ips as per the eligibility criteria provided by them.

You didn't mention the exam of which you are asking about the admit card. Once the filling of the application is closed, the officials will release the admit card before the exam. They also will release the link for you. If you are checking your admit for the entrance examination you applied for, then you can download the admit card/hall ticket by logging into your I'd. While applying for examination, you will be asked to sign up for with I'd and Password in which your application details will be available. By logging into the I'd from the examination official Website, you can download your admit/ hall card. Always take multiple copies of your admit card because you will need it for counselling and also during admission.
If you're asking for JNU, Delhi then Eligibility for MSc Life Science as well as MSc Biotechnology is passed B.Sc. degree or equivalent in any branch of basic or applied science under 10+2+3 pattern of education or B.E./B.Tech/MBBS with at least 55% marks. There isn't any mention of having maths at 10+2/graduation level.
