To apply for CAT exam you should have minimum 50% in your graduation.
You can check the complete eligibility criteria below:
CAT Eligibility Criteria 2017

You should aim at scoring above 98 percentile above to get into top IIM's.

No, both the branches are different from each other and you cannot pursue two full time courses together. So I would suggest you to choose anyone branch as per your interest and potential.

With these percentage of graduation you won't get any good college for MBA programme.

You need to improve your grades in master degree than apply in top B school with High cat or Mat percentile.

Otherwise you may consider distance or part time MBA programme .
