If you are interested in Higher Studies or research in same stream then you may go for M.Tech else mba would be a good option. you should have 55 % in B. Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for Mtech : IIT

If you fail to keep your graduation above 50 percentage than you won't get top B school with your high score in mat .

Reputed and established B school require good academic record too apart from mat or cat score and with your knowledge and apptitude.
