Your mark's is good but it's difficult to predict that you are getting which medical college or not.

Because you know this year cut-off marks is high than previous year. So it's difficult to get a chance government medical college with your rank. But you can try in private

At a neet score of 270 you have less chances at government medical colleges  under all india quota as the cutoff is around 485+  and also this year cutoff has increase significantly.

at a neet rank of 44200 you have less chances of getting into government medical colleges in at unreserved category.

You can still try for private institutions and  deemed colleges as domicile isnot needed.
