It's not a matter, Where you have stayed for few least years

What matters is your state of domicile and where have you you done your 12th and 10th

For All India Quota, it's not a problem, you can easily go for counselling

But for state counselling, you have to provide them documents about your education and domicile, which may create slight issue.

For All India Quota, you won't have any kind of problem
