The tentative dates are as follows-

Application Dates(Online) : 12 Nov, 2019 - 29 Nov, 2019

Admit Card(Online): 24 Dec, 2019 - 12 Jan, 2020

Exam(Online) - 12 Jan, 2020

Results: 28 Mar, 2020

Interview - 04 May, 2020

This is not your problem only. Everyone faces this problem while running because of the exertion that running and bouncing forces inside the abdominal walls.

So, don't run while you are full or do not eat full stomach before 2-3 hours of running.

Drink lots and lots of Water as sometimes Dehydration causes cramps.
