This is not your problem only. Everyone faces this problem while running because of the exertion that running and bouncing forces inside the abdominal walls.
So, don't run while you are full or do not eat full stomach before 2-3 hours of running.

There is no limit to the number of attempts. But the maximum age limit is 25 years for general category and 30 years for reserved category.

For general category - 50%marks in qualifying exam
OBC/SC/St - 40% marks in qualifying exam
General-physically handicapped- 45% marks in qualifying exam
