Assuming you're from general category then according to it you're not eligible to get admission into IIIT Allahabad as you haven't scored atleast 75% in your class 12th. According yo NTA it is essential to score atleast 75% in senior secondary school to get admission into any institution through JEE main examination.

No, You cannot get admission in MNIT Allahabad or IIIT Allahabad Through UPSEE. Both MNIT Allahabad and IIIT Allahabad accepts admission to its undergraduate course only through JEE Main merit list.

See iiit allahbad is one of the best government college of india so a good score is needed to get admission there and you want it stream which is one of the best there. So according to your score your rank in jee main will be greater than 1 lakh and the admission in it closes at 5000 rank .So you will not be able to any of the streams there.
