For getting addmission in these colleges.You have to score rank nearly 1 lakh.with more than this rank you are not able to get admission in of these colleges whether you are from any category.Also for getting CSE in these colleges you have to score nearly this rank.

First of all congrats for getting descent rank in JEE .IIIT Allahabad the descent college where you can apply and as per your query fees of all iits and iiits are hiked recently so better you may check it from there official website. previously its 2lakh / year for UG courses.

I am afraid that your rank of 53k is not enough for you to secure seats any of the mentioned IIITs in any branch even with the EWS category. As you may know, these IIITs are counted in old IIITs and are well established. They are very much in demand and generally close around 30k. With EWS, you can expect them to close around 36k max. I would suggest you look for other newer IIITs as you might stand a chance till CSAB round. All the Best.
