In my opinion you should go for NIT Durgapur.

Both the colleges have good faculty, college environment, but in terms of placement NIT Durgapur is much better.

• The ratio of number of companies visiting campus to number of students is more. In simpler words more opportunity in NIT Durgapur.

According to me, you should go for IIIT allahabad IT branch as regarding the IT's, the college is ranked as one of top for the academic and placement in this Field of engineering. Since, IIIT allahabad is a government college, it has a value and name of its own but

IIIT Allahabad IT + Business informatics is a much better option.

Anyway i won’t suggest anyone for CSAI four year Btech course. Simply do CS/IT or prefer 5 year CS/IT with or without AI specialisation. It will work there.
