For getting into IIM u need to appear for CAT exam for which you can appear only if you are a graduate.
The eligibility criteria for CAT exam is that you need to hold a bachelor's degree with a min. of 50% of marks or equivalent CGPA.

of course you may apply for jobs in pscus. however the cutoff of gate score diffter year to year,
