I'm afraid you have less chances of getting a call from IIMs because you need a minimum percentile of 90 in CAT in order to get a call if you fall in general category. But if you belong to reserved category then you have 100% chances of getting a call.

No concessions for toppers. But you do get scholarships based on financial background. If you can show that you are unable to pay, institutes (atleast IIMB ) do provide financial assistance.

Loans are easily available for top institute candidates, I am not sure if you will get one

IIM takes admission on the basis of CAT percentile, and also takes into consideration the marks scored in graduation, class 10th and class 12th. Minimum percentile to be secured in cat is over 99, and also good enough scores in the best qualifications.
