See there is no fixed percentile for any college but still generally seeing the last year trends to get a call from IIT Bombay you need to get above 98+ percentile in order to get a call for interview and WSAT round.

For other IITs like IIT Delhi, Madras, Kanpur,

There is no specific book to master for IIM interview. You can do some courses to improve your personality, your fluency to speak English. These two will add a little in your interview.

But majorly your whole interview is based on your resume or if there is a specific form

Since you have average academics and no work experience, you would need minimum of 99.5 percentile in CAT ro receive call from IIMs and need to give wonderful GDPI to get admission.

Apparently, you can join coaching Institute like TIME, Careerlauncher, IMS, CPLC, CATking feom secind year for CAT preparation which can be attemptes only from last year onwards with Minimum 50% in graduation as eligibility criteria.

Yes definitely, you need to appear for CAT 2017 or GMAT for admission.
For executive courses, they woukd also check upon your background academics and woek experience and your stream of graduation for admission which all has specific weightage.

What is the minimum sectional cutoff (approximate percentile range) set by IIMs for VARC section ?

Different IIMs have different minimum cut off set for all the three sections. Below I have mentioned the cut off of VARC section for old IIMs for different categories.

IIM A - 75 for general, 65 for OBC, 60 for SC, 50 for ST and 60 for PWD
