There is no effect of income certificate on IIM college fees. Fees remains same for all students irrespective of the caste or financial status of student.

Usually programs such as DMS, IIT Delhi give a "MBA" since they belong to a university, in this case IIT Delhi is a Deemed university and DMS is a Department under the same. Others such as IIMs are autonomous institutions thus they provide a PGDM- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
