I'm sorry to say just by 12th marks ou can't get in admission in IISC as you need to writw exams like KVPY ,JEE MAIN OR NEET FOR MEDICAL , while KVPY exam has been conducted.so you have these many ways

there are many ways to get into iisc after 2 PU. You have to give a couple of entrance exams. Them being JEE main and Advanced, JAM, GATE, NEET scores. Also there is one more exam which is KVPY . if you qualify in kVPY you can get to

• obc-230
• sc-200
• st-108
• kashmiri migrants-200

you've to score 60% of percentage to get qualifying in jee mains

You can apply for the admission as there was no academic year specified in the eligibility criteria. An applicant must have successfully completed 10+2 year or its equivalent with Mathematics and English as subjects.
