for SC and OBC NCL - 7000 to 8000 AIR
for ST - somewhere around AIR 40000
for KM(kashmiri migrant) - AIR 5000 to 6000

Here is a list of entrances through which you can get admission in IISC. You cannot get admission here without attempting any of the following exams. But for professionals working in R&D labs, industries and academia admissions ate accepted for external PHD without any exams.
Admission to IISc is on basis of Jee advanced scores for undergraduate courses
For Me Mtech courses admission is on basis of GaTe scores. Students must hav eminimum 50%aggregate marks in graduation.
