Yes. You can get admission in IISC or IISER provided that you can cruise through the route of enrollment, which is simple
A) Either you clear KVPY exam and interview with requisite marks
B) Or you can appear for the IISER aptitude test after 12th provided that you have 12th

You can get admission in IISc for BSc through JEE Mains. Eligibility is the candidate belonging to general category must have scored at least 60% marks in JEE Mains or JEE Advance. 

The cutoff Ranks for shortlisted candidates in different categories in JEE Main stream is as follows :-

please eleborate your query  as application processes and dates differs from UG to PG courses that is for UG it is starting from 1st week of feb and will go on till last week of april however for pg its closing on by end of march 2019

I don't think so unless you are in first class. To be eligible in IISC you need to either get above 60 per or get in first class

Yes you can get into IISC through KVPY and in my opinion it is the easiest way to get into IISC.
The other ways are through IIT JEE mains and Advamced and through NEET

Circumference= 2*3.14*2 = 12.56

l(AC)~ 2 cm

l(AB)~ 1 cm

Since the angle between arc AC is 60 degree, the angle between arc AB is 30 degree.

Now seg AB creates a triangle with two radii of 2 cm with an angle of 30 degree between them.

Hello Dear

Yeah definitely you can able to do the masters in Physics and Maths  domain from one of these institutions as you have already done your masters in honours from these subjects. It doesn't gonna effect whether you have commerce or not in Class 12th
