Any 3 year or 4year degree equivalent from recognised University and with minimum qualifications marks will make you eligible for university across Germany

If you hav epassed 12th grade in 2018 year from recognised University and have secured minimum 60%aggregate marks in qualifying exam like KVPY /Jeemain/ Jee Advanced. Then you can be eligible. Since you have passed plus two in 2017 you are not eligible for IISC.

Can I study BSC mathematics right now

Hie,

Yes, you can pursue a bachelors degree in mathematics on the fulfilment of eligibility criteria as specified by the college you want to take admission in. But then you need to drop engineering because you can not pursue two regular degree courses at the same time.

Yes, Definitely join INdian Institute of Science, Banglore right after 10+2th. You have to clear JEE Mains this year with good marks. You can join bachelors in science programme through this entrance examination.
