Here is a list of entrances through which you can get admission in IISC. You cannot get admission here without attempting any of the following exams. But for professionals working in R&D labs, industries and academia admissions ate accepted for external PHD without any exams.

Talking about Government jobs, State Agriculture Departments recruits Graduates to fill up Officer level posts. Government Banks also recruits Graduates to fill up Officer level posts (generally dealing with Loans).
Talking about Private Sector jobs, graduates may find jobs as Managers at Plantations, as Officers at Fertilizer Manufacturing
