Yes, a B.Sc Zoology student is eligible for writing IIT JAM exam. To apply for Integrated Ph.D in Biological Sciences at IISc Bangalore, she'd have to sit for the Biological Sciences paper which states that one must have read Biology/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Mathematics subjects at graduation level and Biology

You can apply for the courses in IISC which considers PCB marks of 12th. You can not apply for the courses which considers PCM.

Your kid just have Maths for IISC Bangalore as without maths he is not eligible for any exams like KCET, IIT JEE etc.
