Hello,
This course suits a person who wish to be the part of data driven organisation.
Some of the companies who have recruited the students include Walmart Labs, Citicorp, Mckinsey and Company, Flipkart, Wipro, Infosys and the list is endless.
Also the average package is INR Rs 16.10 LPA with the maximum package of INR Rs 29.44 LPA which is good enough.
So it is worth pursuing.
Hi Rohit.
Both IIT Kanpur and IISC Bangalore are well-established and renowned institutes. Comparing these two would not be easy. As per Careers360 ratings, IIT Kanpur has AAAA+ ratings (Very Good) and IISC has AAAAA ratings (exceptional). To give you a better perspective, I would suggest you use Careers360’s “College Compare Tool". The tool will compare both the colleges on different parameters including rank, fee, placements, infrastructure etc. before providing the results.
Hi Vasu. To get an admission of your choice in the above mentioned colleges, you need to secure JEE advance rank within 2000-3000. Yet, there is a chance of getting into these colleges even with a higher rank if the number of applicants are less.
IITs and IISc both are good. It's depends on your interest if you are interested in research you can go for IISc otherwise, you can choose IITs.
Both the institutes offer excellent faculty. Both have good Infrastructure and provide excellent placements.
Good Luck!!
Admission in IISc could be done through an entrance exam but sorry to say that yesterday was the last date of filling the application form. Dont worry you can also apply there if you have cleared JEE/kvpy/NEET.
All the best...!!
Hopw this helps.
