Dont worry. The FAQS also say this," KVPY/IIT-JEE (Main) / IIT-JEE (Advance)/ NEET Result - Within 1 week from the date of announcement of result. (Applicants must update their national test results by logging into the Applicant’s interface and clicking on “Update your national ent. Test result” link.)"
So after the JEE Main results are announced, you most probably will have time till May 7 to update this section. All the best!
