Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore
Hey there
You have cleared the cutoffs of jee mains but in order to get admissions into IISC the marks required is quite high so you have very less chances for IISC. You may get other engineering colleges such as lower NITs or IIITs.
check our college predictor for precise information

hi,
see there is different courses available in bsc course in alied health sciences like b.sc in radiology, dialysis technology, medical image processing, cardiac care technology etc. however the admission procedure differ institute wise, for example mahatma gandhi medical college has various allied health science course, admission is based on neet score, manipal academy of higher education takes admission based on the entrance test score conducts by the Institute. however you need to first choose the course as per your interest then you may apply as well.
Hey Ayush
Hope you are fine.
You have to be in Top 200 Rank in JEE Advance so that you can get IISc Bangalore. You can also try for DTU , IIIT's & other Top IIT's also for research purpose. IISC is a dream College for the students who want to do research in his Subjects.
Hope this information is helpful for you.
Best Of Luck.
see it can be possible. you may join nios or may appear as a private candidates from central board or state board. however you would have 1 year gap, cause the 10+2 course is 2 years duration and it you repeat 12th it would take 1 more year. however as per the iisc or iiser rules students of current year or the previous year 12th pass candidates are eligible to apply only.
but there is many good government and private institute in india where the syllabus and course curriculum is excellent and quite good as NISER or IISER. HOWEVER if you takes year drop you must study hard to achieve your success.
hope it would help.
see iisc bangalore is most sought institute for its academic profile, laboratory and research collaborations. iisc sc offer 4 years bachelor of science course in physics, biology, Chemistry, Earth & Environmental Science Materials, Mathematics. now coming to admission admission is based on kvpy score/ scb channels or jee main score. so the competition is quite high, depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category. however if you score more than 95 percentile in jee main exam you have fair chances.
hope you may understand.
Hi,
No, neet exam is not must for admission to B.S program at iisc banglore. However if you want you can take admission through neet exam.
The admission at iisc banglore are taken through three channels-
1) kvpy exam
2)jee main /jee advance
3) Neet
if one wants to take admission at iisc he /she must have to appear in the one of these exam.
Admission are given On the basis of merit obtained in these entrance exam among the candidate who have applied for the course.
So you have to appear in any one of the entrance exam to apply for the B.S admission.
Hope this helps.
