Hi Sachin ,  It is difficult for you to take admission in IISC with this rank. Because cutoff rank rank for SC category is 5000.

Hello Sachin

With tis rank it will be difficult to get seat according to previous year cut offs .

Last year cut off goes around 5-6 thousand 

So hope you understand this because competition is very high.

What does category rank mean In JEE main 2019? Rank displayed acc. To my caste or the CRL rank??

Hello Sai swaraj,

The CRL means common rank list which is the general category rank which you have got.And when coming to the category rank,it is the rank which is shown just beside your caste.Hence the category rank represents your rank in your respective caste.Thank You.

ACCEPTED ENTRANCE EXAMS FOR IISc ADMISSION -

The student seeking admission in Bachelor of Sciences course has to undertake one of the following Entrance Exam to be eligible for admission. The three important entrance exams are mentioned below.

hello aspirant,

to make a career in astrophysics you need to have a really very good understanding of physics and mathematics from your 10+2 level. atfirst you may take your bachelor degree in engineering or b.sc in physics, however bsc in physics will be good as in engineering lesson in  applied physics are included in syllabus. then you need to do masters in astrophysics as most of the research asistant job in top tier institute like tata institute of fundamentall research, raman research center, iisc, indian institute of astrophysics. etc

so takke one step at a time. and work hard for your achivement.
