I think IISC will give the admissions based upon the Jee advanced marks criteria. So my suggestion is that you wait for result and act according to the counselling dates. Actually if you are merit student with exemptuary marks I think you will get in that.

No you can't get admission in IISC Bangalore through JEE mains score. IISC Bangalore takes their admission through JEE advance score and if you want to get admission, then you have to score well in jee advance because IISC Bangalore is one of the top college of India for engineering.

You will have to separately register for iisc in order to get admission in it there is no option to get admission in iisc through any other means also I would like to mention that the admission in iisc can also be taken through KVPY scores which is an exam
