Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram
At IIST, the Library and Information facility is there in a six-storied building within campus. The mission of the library is to support teaching, learning and research by (i) providing information resources (ii) providing an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience in the right ambience.
The college offers merit-based scholarships to needy students, and it also offers scholarships for SC/ST/PWD students. Research scholars selected for IIST Ph.D. programme with Post Graduate (PG) Degree in Basic Science with NET or equivalent qualification or graduate degree in professional course with NET are given a fellowship of Rs. 31000/- per month.
Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) was established in the year 2007 and it is located at Valiamala, Nedumangad, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. IIST is a government-aided institute and deemed university for the study and research of space science.
Hey Aspirant,
There is no separate entrance test for admission into IIST. You can get into the institute based on your JEE Advanced rank only.
