Medicaps has its own university.

According to me, Acropolis institute of technology and research is good and provide good placement.

For aerospace engineering indian institute of science, bengaluru is best? Or indian institute of space science, thiruvananthapuram is best?

Anirudh Bhat 28th Jun, 2019
Hi
Firstly speaking, I would say both these institutes are really good and have built a reputation for themselves in India. Also aerospace engineering is a really competitive course so you will need a lot of passion to complete this degree. So I would say it's mainly on how you approach the subject rather than the universities. Both these universities have really good infrastructure, faculty, and other facilities. But speaking of current standings Indian institute of science Bangalore is rank number 1 so if you are selected in IISC Bangalore I would recommend you choose that over Indian institute of space science Thiruvananthapuram.
Good luck

Which is better? NIT suratkal mechanical engineering or IIST aerospace engineering.

Raj Shekhar Singh 28th Jun, 2019
Hello aspirant!!
NIT Surathkal is far more better than IIST as nirf ranking of NIT Surathkal is also better than IIST and as your branch is concerned it will be best option as placement scenario is also much good and if you want to go for further research then faculties are also very much supportive there but in IIST infrastructure is quite average. But all depends on your keen interest.
Thanks!!

shwetasaini505_9233227 Student Expert 24th Jun, 2019
Hello Hyder,

Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology does have a placement cell, i.e., it provides placements to it's students.

IIST has partnered with ISRO to offer jobs to the moat capable of students. All those who score a CGPA of 7.5 and above are sure to get placed in various departments in ISRO. If you want a job here you really need to study well throughout your degree course.

Some other students get placed in various companies that come to offer jobs. Companies like TCS, Viasat, SatSure, Adobe, Mercedes Benz, Mathworks come to the Institute.

The highest package that has been offered is 10Lakh per annum.

tyagi2001ayush_9087518 Student Expert 24th Jun, 2019
Hello there

IIST isa better engineering institution than ACROPOLIS.
A engineering degree in aerospace engineering from IIST can get you a direct job in ISRO.For getting admission in IIST,  you have to clear JEE advanced getting a good rank whereas ACROPOLIS is a private institution and it's reputation is nothing compared to IIST.

Hope I am clear
